We have maintained our committed delivery dates on every project we have undertaken. If we determine that a deadline cannot be met, we do not proceed with the contract. For bugs caused by our development work that are discovered after delivery, we provide complimentary fixes for a defined warranty period. However, issues arising from external factors are handled separately. These include third-party policy changes, operating system updates, API deprecations, or modifications requested after the original scope was delivered. All warranty terms and coverage are clearly defined in our contract before the project begins.
